Meet our Founder
Wayne Snow
Leveraging 15+ years of senior executive experience within both public and private sectors, Wayne leads our team to develop trusted relationships and tailored campaigns that influence decision-makers and generate wins for our clients.
In the public sector Wayne has served in senior advisory roles to a provincial Minister and a Party Leader, and his political campaign experience spans all levels of government and ten provinces. His private sector experience includes nearly a decade as Vice President of a North American firm that utilized digital and offline channels to identify, acquire, and mobilize grassroots donors and supporters. His logistics and event management experience runs the gamut from small media availabilities and lobby days to multi-day conventions and international political tours in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, and Russia.
As an avid supporter of his community Wayne coaches multiple youth sport teams, is a volunteer mentor at U of T, and serves as a board member for his local Salvation Army, assisting thousands of local families in need. He earned his MBA at Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
